Allergy Accommodations And Our Products

The first thing to say is all of our products are made gluten-free from the start. None of our products can gluten nor will they ever contain gluten.
I also don't use or put any soy products in any of my baked goods. As I see no need to add it to anything.
Also, keep in mind that needing a product to be completely dairy free and needing it to be lactose-free are completely different!
** Egg allergies can be hard to accommodate. If I can use an egg replacer then I can make it egg free but some recipes don't turn out well with egg replacer. So You'll need to contact me directly!
All of my products can be made LACTOSE-FREE by using Lactaid milk.
All of my products can be made SUGAR-FREE by using alternative sugars.
I can accommodate just about any allergy and MOST of my items can be made vegan. Just contact me to let me know in advance!!

Cakes, in general, are able to accommodate a lot of allergies. It just depends on how much it affects the taste of the final product.
Most cakes can be made with replacer products. It gets more complicated when you have a bunch of different allergies.
We can make them Dairy-Free, Lactose-Free, Soy-free, nut-free, and vegan. But the more allergies you have the more complicated things get.
Macarons can be made dairy-free, Lactose-Free, and soy free. But they use almond flour so they can not be made nut free.
Tarts can be made soy-free and nut-free. And as long as you order the fruit-filled ones and not the pudding-filled ones, they can also be made vegan and Dairy-Free.
Pudding-filled tarts can be made lactose free if your only problem is with the lactose. in this case, we would use the milk called Lactaid!
Tiramisu is a hard one to accommodate other allergies... it can be made nut-free and soy-free.
Our specality cakes are another hard area, each one require certain allergens to be made. So our pavlova, flourless chocolate cake, coffee cake, and almond cakes are more difficult.
Note that the coffee cake and almond cake can be made dairy free and soy-free.
Cake Doughnuts can be dairy-free, lactose-free, soy-free, and nut-free... Depending on the flavor of the doughnut and icing choice.
Cake pops and Cupcakes qualify under the same rules as normal cakes do.
Pound Cakes can be made Dairy-free, lactose-free, nut-free, and soy-free. Again depending on the flavor, you select. They can also be made vegan.
Pretzel Bites can be made lactose-free and soy-free. But these are made with nut flour and egg washes.
Pastries... Fruit turnovers can be made vegan. All of them can be made lactose free. Sweet bread can be made dairy free. All are soy-free. Cinnamon Rolls can be made vegan.
Cheesecakes are another hard one to deal with. They can be made nut-free depending on the flavor.
Bread varies depending on the style you want. I do have some I can do dairy-free, nut-free, and lactose-free. For questions on specific ones, feel free to message me!
A lot of my muffins can be made to accommodate most allergies. Dairy-free, nut-free, lactose-free.
Brownies can be made lactose-free, nut-free, and some of them dairy-free.
Cookies depending on the flavors. But some can be made dairy free.
